Fear is the age old killer of pleasant life
Each one appears to swallow a different pill of fear
Fears are imagined and created in one’s mind
Fears exaggerate the real to scare the vulnerable.

Fear be channeled to make us prepared
Fear is intense in the initial phase
Optimism is the only medicine for cure
Pessimism is the poison for patient of fear.

For some God provides the shelter to come
Other must find friends for support group
Communication with the companions is good
Role models who concurred the fear always there.

Nip the fear in the bud without fail
Fear will help no one but fear itself.

Passion is caused by object extern.
Passion results in developing desire
Desire is the one to creates emotions
Emotion is sustained feeling over a length of time

Beware we are victims of will
Feelings of great and small come and go
Arrange and analyze benifits and hurt
Courage can subside the bad and enhance the good.

Angry, sad, happy and such – feelings human
They grow too much – uncontrolled unchecked
Our own mind only can manage and control
Blessed are the ones who knows this good.

Feelings makes a person human
Saints among us managed them well
Uncontrolled feelings are waves in typhoon
No safe harbor in that hurricane.

Happy I am that what I say
Writing poems spending time
Being simple and becoming content
Praying God for piece of mind.

How am I, how would I know
Only others can see me well
I am blind to my own faults
Share with me what I should know.

What I think of myself does not count
All that matters is what other people say
Answer to this question I can’t give
Ask my friends for a real update for that.

One goes to market to buy a pot.
Carries it home carefully least it may break.

One goes to forest to collect wood.
Carries wood over the head to bring it home.

One goes to well to fetch the water.
Carries the heavy water over the shoulders.

Creates a fire with the wood.
Before the wood is gone, fire heats up the water in the pot.

Water is evaporated from the pot.
Before the water is evaporated the rice is cooked.

Final goal is important.
Steps to get there are equally important.
Successful are those who can give equal effort and attention at each step.

Respect comes unnoticed.
Respect goes when demanded.

Respect is earned by exemplary action.
Respect goes with arrogant behavior.

Respect comes while doing every day deeds.
Respect does not need miracle performances.

Respect comes from respecting others.
Respect goes by making judgments on others.

Respect comes from helping with compassion.
Respect goes by helping with expectations.

Respect comes from being even keel under pressure.
Respect goes by searching for others to blame.

Respect comes from rational and consistent beaviour.
Respect goes by angry and instigating words.

Be kind and compassionate to people,
both rich and poor,
both powerful and weak,
both old and young,
both knowledgeable and ignorant,
Respect will come to you like the fragrance to a flower,
Unnoticed, yet enhances your life and existence.

Beauty goes to the beads.
Support goes to the thread.

Show horses win awards.
Workhorses take them to the show.

Accolades go to the surgeon.
Tools support the surgeon.

Credit goes to the pilot.
Work goes to the maintenance engineer.

For every thing that is acknowledged,
there are many things that go unnoticed.

Do your part with sincerity and commitment
Make sure you are proud of what you do.

One must keep many options open at any given time.
But act on one at a time as if it is the only option.

Act like an arrow with each option.
Arrow can not hit two targets at a time.
Your mind and action are not in sync, you will miss the target.
Pitcher only sees the catcher’s glove.
Eagle eyes only one mouse on the ground.
So you too set aside the thoughts about all other options at that time.

Why to have more options then you may ask?

Dangers of failure also come to people of great skills.
Disappointment and despair needs option to refocus.
Dispersal when overwhelmed is principle strategy of guerrilla warfare.
Knowing when you move to next option is key to surival and success.

Keep many arrows with you but aim each one as if it is the last one you need to use.

Our life on earth is not eternal.

Many seasons will come after we leave.
Many flowers will bloom after we leave.
Many Sweet fruits will come after we leave.
Beautiful smiles of children will be there after we leave.

Though our sojourn is not eternal, damages we cause can be eternal.
It is never too late to start taking less and leave behind a lot.

Japanese strive to do ‘Kaizen’.
A word for continuous improvement to eliminate deficiencies and errors.
With continuous improvement you are never done – even the improvement can be improved.

Even small changes can contribute for world to be better place for long.

So think What is that little change that we can do from today?
